Our mission is to provide families impacted by Type 1 Diabetes with the opportunity to connect, thrive, learn and grow despite the diagnosis.
Elbowbumpkid Inc is a volunteer powered & community funded nonprofit. Our programs include caregiver events, subsidized monthly events for families, education program, scholarships, girl power program, program for T1D college students living away from home, a national card program for diagnosis anniversary, newly diagnosed & current patient non RX item support program, celiac disease support for families already living with T1D and we continue to assist efforts of local endocrinology clinics with T1D related initiatives.
