BHcare is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. We offer a comprehensive and integrated system of care, with wrap-around services for adults, children, and families struggling with mental health, substance use, domestic violence, and other health-risk behaviors. Last year, we served more than 16,500 individuals throughout the Greater New Haven area, from the Shoreline to the Valley. 

BHcare is designated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. BHcare is licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health and the Connecticut Department of Children and Families.

The BHcare family of programs includes: BHcare Valley and Shoreline Clinics, The Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services (UCDVS), Parent Child Resource Center (PCRC), Hope Family Justice Center, and Alliance for Prevention and Wellness (APW).
