Clay Arsenal Community Development Corporation (CACDC) is a resident-driven nonprofit organization based in Hartford’s Clay Arsenal neighborhood. Our mission is to strengthen the community by advancing economic opportunity, neighborhood revitalization, and resident engagement.

We work directly with residents to address systemic barriers and create pathways to stability through programs focused on workforce development, youth engagement, small business support, and community building. CACDC is committed to uplifting neighborhood pride and ensuring that long-term residents benefit from ongoing investment in the community.
